Being a Pediatric Surgeon I found it a very difficult job to review a book written by Professor Meherban Singh who is known not only in India but also in abroad as a renowned teacher in Pediatrics. A book of this magnitude does not need any endorsement. Its first edition has already proved its value to Medical Students,
Pediatricians and Pediatric Surgeons. In a short review it is not possible to highlight all the positive points in this text book . All the chapters are very well written and are easily assimilable. Chapters related to neonates and birth injuries are very helpful also for Pediatric Surgeons. I strongly recommend to keep this book as a reference in all Pediatric Surgery Departmental Library in teaching and private institutions.
