Diaphragmatic hernia in an infant following trivial trauma.

ABSTRACT: A six month old child developed a rupture of his left diaphragm as a result of fall from the arms of his sister. The resulting herniation of bowel into the chest caused partial strangulation of the bowel. Early operation resulted in a successful outcome.
