ABSTRACT: D K clip-a stainless steel clip used in 9 cases by the author in Duhamel's operation for Hirschsprung's disease. In this article the author describes the D K clip which, not only is effective but eliminates most of the drawbacks of Dr Irani's clamp which is popularly used in many centers in India.
